Great parody, good to see a new style worked out.

This is completely different then what I initially thought it would be but in a way it's kinda refreshing to see something a little different then your other 8 or so movies.

Compared to your other flash animations I kinda feel unsatisfied, like the entire time I was watching this I was waiting for something to happen but the whole movie kept going at the same speed, same tone it just didnt have the same positive effect on me like your other animations had before.

But that's just me.

Amyway overall it looked cool and the little border thing you did really set the tone, kinda reminded me of David Firth's animations but with a twist.

RupeeClock responds:

6th animation right here.

And don't you dare compare my work to that of David Firth's, that fool gave me an abusive/unhelpful review once.

Perfect in every way possible.

To sum it up in a simple easy to read review im gonna have to say that I appreciate the length the most.

Most high quality submissions to NG are often short 45 second submissions but this one is like roughly 5 minutes, it's so simple to understand the storyboards and again it has that funny casual style to it, you include so many internet jokes its just mind blowing I can't believe I have never seen any of your flash on the top 50. Or even heard of you before!

I love your work! your newest fan.

P.S I hate cliffhanging endings >: (

RupeeClock responds:

Trust me, there's no way an animation like this would get in the top 50.

Still, this being my 10th animation, I'm glad you've taken the time to review 8 of my movies, thank you!

That... Was ... Awesome

I am blown away by that! SERIOUSLY IT HAD everything. i'm speechless. I'm adding this to my favourites and you to my favourite authors also.

The animations were so smooth, the background was detailed, the storyboard was incredibley original, the humour was constant. It just had that friendly easy going, casual feel to it that's difficult to explain.
IT WAS THE WHOLE PACKAGE.

This is my favourite Clock movie of all time. Sir. <3

RupeeClock responds:

Haha, this was my 7th animation for Clockday, and likely my most sucessful as well. :)

I'm so very glad you enjoyed this movie!

Haha I love your style! : )

I am so impressed, you managed to take a horribly overused song and make it funny again. THANK YOU

You did very good sprite work and same with the lip syncing, but it kinda looked unprofessional since the characters were right in your face as your watching it. But professional is rarely funny.

It did seem to drag on though it was just basically the same thing but with different characters and dance moves... oh well.

Great job on this.

RupeeClock responds:

This was my third animation.

Yes, it pretty much was the entire song with sprites dancing to it, I'm surprised some people find it appealing.

Haha yes!

That was hilarious!

I loved the lyrics you used for the song, along with the tune it just suited it so well, this animation just made my day.

I would have to say this my favourite animation by you so far, all the others are not not piles of shit compared to this. ( kidding)

Anyway best of luck to you.

RupeeClock responds:

Odd you say that, this is pretty much my worst submission, and my first. (It passed at 1.80)

Sweet

Spantastik animations I can see you put alot of detail into making you (RupeeClock) jump during the preloader. For some reason I was just staring at that for awhile without knowing why. meh.

The subtitles was a good idea because it's usually hard to understand what the clock voice is saying.

RupeeClock responds:

This was my fifth animation.

Yes at this point I more or less moved on from sprites and started putting in more detail, I'm surprised you liked the preloader so much.

In fact I'm surprised many people liked this, I just talk for half a minute in this.

Me like it

It's so funny, everything happens so quick and its impossible to keep up but that's whats so great about it.

Great music to, along with the backgrounds. I can tell you enjoyed making this.

Happy Birthday GrandFatherClock!

RupeeClock responds:

8th animation.

I sure did enjoy making this, even if it only took like what, an hour? :)

Not the same effect

The first two I was really blown away by but as you must've already heard this but is becoming repetitive.

You need to approach this at a new angle. Dont think of "lines" try something else like liquid, have a moving background that runs smoothly with whatever is moving on the screen maybe try to make it really trippy for those that *DO DRUGS ZOMG* hehe.

Anyway you need to think to yourself what is something i've seen before, then went back to see it again. Whats something an NG member would show his friends you gotta make something that STANDS OUT and grabs ATTENTION I dont care if the line has to be on FIRE as long as it's original and EYE CATCHING.

Anyway hopefully you'll get a "Eureka!" moment and you'll know exactly what you need to do. Keep going you got the talent for it.

Legend responds:

Thanks for the reveiw major punk, I mean major punk afro, sorry. I'll take your suggestions into account. If I do make another movie it won't be an fbf lines thing, that gets to repetative. Its just, I'm not that good at animation. The line stuff is very easy, but I can't animate real figures. Once again, thanks for the reveiw.

Well done

The songs you use for your series are absolutely flawless!

But on the other side of the scale this wasnt much different from your first one, it had its parts but not the same overall effect.

Perhaps if you continue with FBF you may want to add like a "wormhole" background so its kinda like the line actually goes somewhere in a 3D world. Not understand?

Like the background could be the view of a passenger on a rollercoaster looking forward at the tracks from the front seat.
That way the audience is not only looking at the FBF lines but also looking PAST the lines to give it a kind of illusion.

Not a rollercoaster literally but I used that as an example of what the audiences view of the background would be.

Legend responds:

Thanks again for reveiwing my movie! I know, its getting very repetative. At the time when i made these I wasn't very knowledgable in the ways of flash, so I didn't know much except simple animations. Uh oh, I bet you saw my third one as well. Its much worse then the first two.

Im impressed

I really liked this, I can just sit back, relax and enjoy the show. I loved the song you used casual and lighthearted. Perfect.

Anyway I liked the explosion part you did the most, cant really explain it but after I saw that I was glued to this animation. I had no idea what to expect next.

Best of luck to you and I hope you continue with flash.

Legend responds:

Hey major_punk, thanks for watching my movie. They get worse as they go one, you know, really repetative. So be warned.
The explosions are what actually took small animating skills. I mean, anyone can draw little lines can't they? I hope you aren't going to watch my other movies, I doubt you will like them as much. But thanks for watching this one!

Rest In Peace.
